What is the Grating mode?

Using the Thermomix® Cutter accessory, the TM7 Grating mode allows you to effortlessly grate fruits and vegetables. It’s perfect for thinly grating potatoes for delicious rösti or thickly grating cheese for homemade pizza.

With the cutter disc inserted (side 2 facing up), you can conveniently

choose between thin (2 mm) or thick (4 mm) cuts. Rapidly grate a wide variety of
