What is the Pre Clean mode?

Pre-clean mode simplifies the removal of tough ingredients like dough, caramel, and browned food residue from the base of the mixing bowl and knife.​

How does it work?

With five different settings, Pre-clean mode effectively targets thicker, stickier consistencies that can be challenging to clean. Simply add 1000 g of water along with a bit of dish soap or vinegar, then start the mode. Pre-clean mode can be integrated into Guided Cooking or manually selected for your cleaning needs.
