Update: Software Update 1.5 is Now Available

I originally expected TM7 Software Update 1.5 to begin rolling out on 23rd July, but the release was delayed and didn't arrive as planned.

The good news is that the update is now officially available from 30th July 2026.

TM7 Auto Tick Settings Explained

Software Update 1.5 gives TM7 owners much greater control over Guided Cooking.

What's changed?

You can now:

• Adjust how quickly ingredients are automatically ticked off.

• Allow ingredients to tick before reaching the target weight.

• Disable automatic ticking entirely.

Why is this useful?

Every cook measures ingredients differently.

Some users prefer absolute precision.

Others are happy if they're within a gram or two.

Now the Thermomix adapts to your cooking style instead of forcing one approach.
