Update: Software Update 1.5 is Now Available
I originally expected TM7 Software Update 1.5 to begin rolling out on 23rd July, but the release was delayed and didn't arrive as planned.
The good news is that the update is now officially available from 30th July 2026.
If you visited this article before the update arrived, apologies for the confusion. I've updated the information throughout to reflect the new release date.
Make sure your TM7 is connected to Wi-Fi and check for the latest software update to start exploring the new features.
The Thermomix TM7 Software Update 1.5 introduces up to five simultaneous timers with labels. Learn how this new feature makes cooking easier.
TM7 Software Update 1.5: Run Up to Five Timers at Once
The latest Thermomix TM7 Software Update 1.5 brings one of the most requested features since the TM7 launched: multiple timers.
Instead of relying on your phone, smartwatch or a separate kitchen timer, your Thermomix can now manage up to five independent timers simultaneously, helping you stay organised while preparing complete meals.
What are the new TM7 multiple timers?
Previously, the TM7 could only manage a single timer at a time.
Following the July 2026 software update, users can now create up to five timers and assign each one to a specific task.
Examples include:
Oven
Air Fryer
BBQ
Hob
Resting dough
Fridge chilling
Simmering sauce
Each timer includes a label, so you'll always know exactly what the alert relates to.
Why this TM7 update matters
Many Thermomix users don't just cook inside the bowl.
A typical evening meal may include:
Potatoes cooking in the Thermomix
Chicken roasting in the oven
Vegetables steaming
Garlic bread baking
Dessert chilling
The new timer system keeps everything organised in one place.
Is this available on TM6?
No.
This feature is currently exclusive to the Thermomix TM7 through Software Update 1.5.
Final thoughts
Although it sounds like a small change, this could become one of the most-used TM7 features for everyday cooking.
